Job summary

CaptionCall is seeking an installer/trainer to help people with hearing loss stay connected. In this part-time role, you will install CaptionCall phones in customers' homes and train them on how to use the features for clear telephone conversations.

You’ll promote the service, handle light lead generation, and maintain accurate records while traveling to client sites as needed. The position offers hourly pay with additional piece-rate earnings, mileage reimbursement, and benefits such as 401k

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
• Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones in customers’ homes.
• Courteously train customers on how to use the phone and its features.
• Promote the CaptionCall service to customers.
• Complete service calls and maintain accurate records.
• Adhere to company policies and adapt to new responsibilities as needed.
