Job summary

CaptionCall is seeking a caring, customer-service oriented installer/trainerto help people with hearing loss connect with the world. You will install CaptionCall phones in customers' homes and train them to use the features, enabling confident telephone communication.

This part-time role offers a flexible schedule, mileage reimbursement, a tablet and phone provided, and growth opportunities within a mission-driven company focused on accessibility and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service in home visits.
• Clear English reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
• Must be able to travel to customer locations and work evenings/weekends as needed.
• Reliable, organized, and punctual with strong independence.
• Experience helping seniors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones in customers' homes.
• Courteously train customers on how to use the phone and its features.
• Promote the CaptionCall service to customers.
• Assist with lead generation activities as needed.
• Guide other CaptionCall activities and support business outreach.
• Meet or exceed installation/trainer expectations and goals.
• Complete service calls and maintain accurate customer records.
• Submit invoices and provide feedback on interactions.
