CaptionCall by Sorenson Communications is seeking a caring Installer/Trainer to train customers in their homes on the CaptionCall phone and its features. This part-time role emphasizes independent work, travel to customer sites, and hands-on installation and support.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, basic computer knowledge, and experience in hearing health or working with seniors. Evening and weekend availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones.
• Train customers on how to use the phone and its features.
• Promote the CaptionCall service.
• Create lead generation activities and referrals.
• Attend trade shows and corporate events as assigned.
• Recruit and refer Installer/Trainer candidates for local installations.
• Complete service calls and maintain customer records.
• Submit invoices and feedback on customer interactions.
