Qualifications

• Prior BDR/SDR or outbound sales experience selling financial products to businesses.
• Confident caller of business owners with clear product benefits.
• Proven CRM discipline, discovery, qualification, and pipeline follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Work a company-provided lead list of newly formed businesses and other qualified accounts.
• You are not expected to bring a prospect database.
• Make outbound calls to founders and business owners, explain offerings, identify fit, timing, and decision-makers.
• Ask clear discovery questions about financial services for newly formed businesses and document the customer need accurately.
• Arrange a qualified next step with the relevant provider or internal team and follow through on agreed actions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, call outcomes, objections, pipeline stages, and follow-up dates.
• Use approved messaging and company-provided outreach tools, follow calling requirements, and respect opt-outs.
• Share recurring objections and lead-quality feedback to improve targeting and qualification.
