Initio Capital LLC is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative for a remote, part-time role focused on startup financial services in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will work from a provided lead list and engage founders via outbound calls to qualify needs and align with partner offerings.

Responsibilities include outbound calls, discovery questions, documenting CRM activity, and arranging next steps with providers.

Qualifications

Prior BDR/SDR/outbound sales experience in financial services for business customers.
Confidently calling business owners and explaining product benefits without overpromising.
Proven record of disciplined outbound calling, discovery, qualification, and CRM follow-through.

Responsibilities

Work a company-provided lead list of newly formed businesses and other qualified accounts.
Make outbound calls to founders and business owners, explain offerings, and identify fit and decision-makers.
Ask discovery questions about financial services for newly formed businesses and document needs.
Arrange a qualified next step with the provider or internal team and follow through on actions.
Maintain accurate CRM records, call outcomes, objections, pipeline stages and follow-up dates.
Share objections and lead-quality feedback to improve targeting and qualification.
