Qualifications

• Experience as BDR/SDR or inside sales in financial services.
• Confidently calling business owners and explaining product benefits without overpromising.
• Proven outbound calling, discovery, qualification, and consistent CRM follow-through.
• Ability to commit to scheduled part-time calling blocks during market hours.
• Quiet calling environment, reliable internet, and clear professional communication.
• Able to take on outside work without conflicts of interest or employment breaches.

Responsabilités

• Work a company-provided lead list of new businesses and other qualified accounts.
• Make outbound calls to founders/owners, explain relevant partner offerings, and identify fit, timing, and decision-makers.
• Ask discovery questions about banking, business finance, and partnerships; document customer needs.
• Arrange a qualified next step with the provider or internal team and follow through on actions.
• Maintain CRM records, call outcomes, objections, pipeline stages, and follow-up dates.
• Use approved messaging and outreach tools, follow calling requirements, and respect opt-outs.
• Share recurring objections and lead-quality feedback to improve targeting and qualification.
