Job summary

Initio Capital LLC seeks a results-driven Business Development Representative to advance banking and lending opportunities. This remote, part-time role focuses on outbound qualification of business banking needs and collaboration with partner providers to move qualified accounts forward.

You will work with a provided lead list, conduct discovery calls with business owners, document needs, and coordinate next steps with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Prior BDR, SDR, inside sales, or outbound business development experience selling business banking, commercial lending, business accounts, cards, or related financial products.
• Confidence calling business owners and explaining practical product benefits without overstating them.
• A record of disciplined outbound calling, discovery, qualification, and reliable CRM follow-through.
• Ability to commit to agreed part-time calling blocks during the target market's business hours.
• A quiet calling environment, reliable internet connection, and clear professional communication.
• Ability to take on outside work without breaching an existing employment agreement or creating a conflict of interest.

Responsibilities

• Work a company-provided lead list of newly formed businesses and other qualified accounts. You are not expected to bring a prospect database.
• Make outbound calls to founders and business owners, explain relevant partner offerings, and identify fit, timing, and decision-makers.
• Ask clear discovery questions about business banking and lending needs qualification and document the customer need accurately.
• Arrange a qualified next step with the relevant provider or internal team and follow through on agreed actions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, call outcomes, objections, pipeline stages, and follow-up dates.
• Use approved messaging and company-provided outreach tools, follow calling requirements, and respect opt-outs.
• Share recurring objections and lead-quality feedback to improve targeting and qualification.
