Amcor is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive profitable growth by acquiring new business across the Western United States. You will identify, develop, and win opportunities within targeted markets and applications in a highly commercial, customer-facing role.

You will build strong relationships with decision-makers, manage the full sales cycle from engagement through commercialization, and expand share of wallet while collaborating with Marketing, R&D, Operations, and Customer

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in business development, technical sales, or strategic sales in B2B.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute territory growth strategies for new customer acquisition.
• Identify and pursue opportunities in targeted markets and segments.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Lead opportunities through full sales cycle to commercialization.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer solutions.
• Maintain CRM records, forecasts, and account plans.
