Amcor is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive profitable growth across the Western United States by acquiring new customers and expanding market presence. You will build relationships with decision-makers, manage a robust sales pipeline, and lead cross-functional teams through the full sales cycle from engagement to commercialization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in business development, technical sales, strategic sales, or general management within a B2B environment.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 60%.
• Packaging industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth by developing territory strategies for new customer acquisition and market penetration.
• Build and expand relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to secure long-term partnerships.
• Lead commercial execution with cross-functional teams (R&D, Marketing, Operations, Customer Service) to support trials, validations and commercialization.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipelines, and account plans; monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable plans balancing customer needs with profitability objectives.
• Collaborate with Strategy Marketing and Product Management to identify unmet customer needs.
