Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Western territory who will lead strategic sales efforts across assigned accounts in the United States. You will defend existing business while driving new opportunities, collaborating with marketing, R&D and operations to grow share of wallet and profitability.

You will build trusted relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, and steer negotiations to secure favorable outcomes while delivering on forecasted targets and contributing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years in technical, sales and general management experience.
• Experience in packaging or B2B sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales goals including profitable YoY growth for assigned territory.
• Leverage Amcor knowledge to win business, products and market insights.
• Increase business with existing and new accounts through prospecting and networking.
• Manage account relationships and coordinate with internal teams (marketing, R&D, ops).
• Support key negotiations and governance to defend and grow share of wallet.
