Job summary

TGC Search is seeking a Business Development Manager – Packaging to expand our customer base and drive sales across the Northeast region. This 100% remote role focuses on new business development and managing relationships with existing accounts.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in packaging sales or BD, strong negotiation skills, and experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office. Primary cosmetic packaging experience is a plus, but talents from other packaging segments are encouraged to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of sales or business development experience within the packaging industry.
• Cosmetic packaging experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop new account leads and convert opportunities into long-term customer relationships.
• Manage assigned customer accounts and coordinate pre-sales and post-sales activities.
• Build strong customer relationships while promoting a positive customer experience and loyalty.
• Develop regional action plans and identify priorities, opportunities, and sales objectives.
• Analyze market conditions, competitive activity, product trends, customer positioning, and sales performance.
• Develop and manage customer quotations and commercial offers per company policy.
