Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in technical, sales and general management, preferably in packaging.
• Experience in large-scale B2B environment and domestically/international travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales goals and profitable YoY growth for the territory.
• Defend existing business while expanding share of wallet with new accounts.
• Coordinate with marketing, R&D, and field teams to execute business plans.
