Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Business Development Manager - Wester to lead strategic growth across assigned accounts in a dynamic packaging market. You will drive sales goals, apply market insights, and coordinate cross-functional teams to win new business while nurturing existing relationships.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in technical, sales and general management within B2B packaging, is ready to travel up to 60% domestically and internationally, and can negotiate effectively to maximize share and

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
3+ years' relevant experience in technical, sales and general management.
Experience in large-scale B2B environments is preferred.
Ability to travel domestically & internationally 60% of the time.

Responsibilities

Deliver sales goals including profitable year-over-year growth for assigned territory.
Leverage knowledge of Amcor, our products, the industry and competitive market to enable the business to win.
Increase business with existing and new accounts through prospecting and networking.
Manage the complexities of account(s) and communicate needs to internal teams.
Orchestrate and support key business negotiations to influence decisions.
