Amcor is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Western region to drive growth across assigned accounts in a dynamic packaging market. You will lead sales efforts, develop long-term relationships, and implement business plans with stakeholders to expand share of wallet.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in technical sales and B2B, a Bachelor's degree, and willingness to travel up to 60% domestically and internationally. Utah-based setup preferred with US-wide collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years' experience in technical, sales and general management.
• Experience in large-scale B2B environment.
• Ability to travel domestically & internationally 60% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales goals and year-over-year growth for assigned territory.
• Leverage Amcor knowledge to win in a competitive market.
• Grow existing and new accounts through prospecting and networking.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to support strategy and customer needs.
