You will manage the full sales cycle, collaborate with engineering teams, and drive new business in food manufacturing and related industries, supported by a competitive compensation

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling capital equipment into food manufacturing or related industries.
• Background in packaging machinery, industrial automation, robotics, product handling or integrated systems.
• Strong new business development and territory management capabilities.
• Experience building customer relationships and developing new markets.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach to regional sales growth.
• Ability to manage complex technical sales cycles.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout the territory.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a growing regional sales territory.
• Develop new business relationships across food and consumer goods manufacturing.
• Identify and secure capital equipment opportunities with new and existing customers.
• Promote automated packaging machinery, product handling equipment and integrated automation solutions.
• Increase market penetration through proactive territory development.
• Build relationships with engineering, operations and senior commercial decision-makers.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and applications teams to develop tailored technical solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial prospecting through to contract closure.
