Job summary

BestPack Packaging Systems is seeking a proven Regional Sales Manager to lead our Pacific Northwest and Northern California markets from a home-based setting.

You will develop leads, manage distributors and agents, meet sales targets, and collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue across packaging and industrial manufacturing. The role requires up to 80% travel, residence within the territory, and strong CRM skills with MS 365 and HubSpot; compensation ranges from $80k to $200k per year.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven sales experience in Packaging and/or Industrial Manufacturing Sales.
• Residence within the territory.
• Proficiency with MS 360 Suite and HubSpot or similar CRM.
• Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% and manage distributor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell company equipment, products, services, and consumables.
• Build, develop and maintain a distributor network within the territory.
• Meet quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and execute a Regional Account Plan to meet targets.
• Direct sales territory, quotas, and goals for OEM, dealers, and reps.
• Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts.
• Work with customers to meet goals and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit expense reports timely.
• Maintain CRM entries and reports weekly, monthly, quarterly.
• Stay up to date with price lists and product literature.
• Collaborate with Sales team and management to set regional goals.
• Assist distributors in their techniques and conduct business reviews.
• Educate distributors with strategies, programs, training, and meetings.
• Attend training sessions and company meetings as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
