Job summary

ProMach is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in the Northwest territory, covering Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and parts of Canada. The role focuses on securing new accounts, expanding existing relationships, and delivering value-based packaging automation solutions.

The candidate will manage end-to-end sales processes, coordinate with engineering for project solutions, and travel 60–70% within the territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in capital equipment and/or packaging sales.
• Direct sales experience with leading domestic CPG companies.
• Four-year degree in Sales, Engineering or Business is highly desired.
• Mechanical aptitude to understand packaging automation.
• Strong technical sales and polished presentation skills.
• Motivated self-starter with proven closing skills.
• Effective prospecting ability
• Strong listening & communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing accounts at all levels of the organization.
• Developing sales strategies, opportunities, and value-based solutions through evaluations with end users.
• Utilizing sales and marketing tools for presentations, calls, cold calls, and prospecting.
• Creating an efficient territory schedule for regular client visits and prospecting.
• Liaising between customer and engineering to develop project solutions with strong value propositions.
• Ensuring accurate collection of project details for engineering evaluation and quotes.
• Partnering with project management for seamless order transitions.
• Maintain highest level of ethics and integrity.
• Meet or exceed sales forecasts and quotas.
• Document Opportunities, Companies, Contacts, and Interactions in Salesforce CRM.
