S&S Activewear, LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to cover Central Florida, based in Orlando. The role blends strategic account development with new business, traveling 3–4 days weekly to serve customers and drive revenue growth.

Ideal candidates have a proven field sales track record, excellent communication, and the ability to engage business owners and decision-makers. Local travel and a strong, results-oriented mindset are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, with promotional products/apparel experience valued.
• Excellent communication, verbal and written.
• Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Meticulous with detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with consultative sales methodologies (SPIN).
• Strong merchandising and presentation abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Drive territory P&L performance through strategic sales planning and execution.
• Conduct in-person account engagement with strong call planning and follow-through.
• Build relationships from ownership to sales, service, and merchandising teams.
• Partner with finance, marketing, operations, and production stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Account Manager to maximize service and opportunities.
• Lead product launches, initiatives, and strategic sales planning.
• Highlight advantages of S&S Activewear to upsell opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to maximize sales potential.
• Maintain accurate reports, calendars, and sales funnel data.
• Represent the brand at trade shows, events, and customer functions.
