Job summary

S&S Activewear is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in a designated geographic territory, emphasizing strategic account development and new business acquisition.

The role requires a strong field presence with 3-4 days of weekly travel, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to engage decision-makers. You will work with Account Managers to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in promotional products and apparel.
• Superior communication abilities in verbal and written interactions.
• Excellent multitasking and time-management skills.
• Self-motivated professional with ability to execute complex initiatives independently.

Responsibilities

• Drives territory P&L performance through sales metrics.
• Executes in-person account engagement with strong call planning and follow-through.
• Builds relationships across customer organizations from ownership to merchandising teams.
• Partners with account managers to optimize service and opportunities.
• Leads product launches and strategic sales planning within territory.
• Represents S&S Activewear at industry events and shows.
• Maintains accurate reporting and sales funnel tracking.
