Job summary

S&S Activewear is seeking a dynamic Outside Sales professional to drive hard goods growth across the Southeast, including NC, SC, GA, FL, TN, and AL. You will build relationships with sales teams, customer service, and key account stakeholders while coordinating with marketing to promote new products.

The role requires strategic account planning, sales enablement, and CRM management, with travel of 50% or more.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven outside sales or account management experience.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with sales, customer service, merchandising reps, and account stakeholders.
• Plan annual customer contact goals and maintain a 30-day NetSuite calendar.
• Conduct one-on-one meetings to uncover opportunities and present product launches.
• Manage weekly reporting, CRM updates, and sales funnel activity.
