Job summary

Rexel USA, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join the Mayer Team remotely in Chattanooga. Drive sales through building strong relationships with new and existing customers, promoting electrical and data comm products, and delivering excellent service.

Collaborate with leadership and suppliers, identify new markets, assist with product selection and quotes, and maintain purchasing records. Requires 3+ years of sales/electrical experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales or electrical industry experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• High School or GED - Required

Responsibilities

• Sell, market, promote, and demonstrate products; communicate features and benefits.
• Generate sales with new customers and add-on products for existing customers.
• Collaborate with leadership, team members, and suppliers on sales strategies and new markets.
• Assist customers with product selection and application using internal resources and supplier reps.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships and provide ongoing communication throughout purchasing lifecycle.
• Coordinate calls with vendors to introduce products and solutions; maintain records of activities.
