Rexel USA, a leading electrical distributor, seeks an Outside Sales Representative (part-time) for the Mayer Team in Dothan, AL. You will drive sales by promoting products, building strong customer relationships, and coordinating with vendors to develop new markets.

The role requires proactive communication, problem solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Travel to offsite locations is expected as part of a dynamic sales environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales or electrical industry experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• High School or GED - Required.

Responsibilities

• Sell, market, promote, and demonstrate products; communicate features and benefits.
• Increase business with new customers and expand sales to existing customers.
• Collaborate with leadership and suppliers on sales strategies and new markets.
• Assist customers with product selection and applications using internal specialists and supplier reps.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships.
• Understand customer operations to tailor solutions to their objectives.
• Coordinate quotations and maintain ongoing communication through the purchasing lifecycle.
• Work with management, credit, and customers to resolve payment issues.
• Report market and customer information to management.
• Participate in professional development to improve selling skills and product knowledge.
