Job summary

Balco, a Balco, Inc. brand, seeks an Outside Sales Representative to drive architectural product solutions across SoCal and neighboring states. You will engage architects, engineers, and contractors, presenting exterior and interior product ranges while pursuing new business and expanding existing relationships.

This remote role requires strong field presence and collaboration with design communities. You will travel regionally, conduct demonstrations, and deliver tailored proposals to win

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• B2B outside sales experience in construction or architectural design.
• Proven track record of meeting quotas through relationship-building and consultative selling.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and project lifecycles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for face-to-face interactions.
• Proficiency with CRM software, Office suite, and reporting tools.
• Valid U.S. driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outside sales to achieve regional sales targets and close deals with new customers.
• Identify and engage specialty contractors, demonstrating product advantages.
• Expand wallet share across product categories, joint systems, and related solutions.
• Build relationships with key accounts, distributors, contractors, and designers.
• Perform product demonstrations and provide technical education on offerings.
• Travel regionally (up to 50%+) to meet clients and attend events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and ensure order fulfillment.
• Track sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity using CRM.
