Balco, Inc. is seeking a results-driven outside sales professional for our architectural product line in the United States (Arizona). You will prospect, close deals, and expand wallet share with architects, contractors, and distributors.

You will demonstrate Balco’s joint systems, fire barriers, and architectural products, travel regionally up to 50%+, and collaborate with internal teams to tailor proposals and pricing. A strong consultative selling approach is essential.

Qualifications

• B2B outside sales experience in construction or architectural products.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and project lifecycles.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outside sales activities to reach regional targets, prospecting and closing new customers.
• Identify and engage specialty contractors, demonstrating product value and switching.
• Expand wallet share across products, routes, and design communities.
• Build relationships with accounts, distributors, contractors and designers via meetings and visits.
• Perform product demonstrations and provide technical education on joint solutions.
• Travel regionally (up to 50%+), attend trade shows, and generate leads.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, negotiate pricing, and ensure orders are fulfilled.
• Track sales performance and market trends using CRM tools.
