Job summary

Balco, Inc. is seeking an energetic B2B outside sales professional to expand our architectural product footprint across the United States.

You will prospect, engage specialty contractors, and close deals while educating customers on Balco’s joint systems and fire-rated products. Ideal candidates have a proven track record in construction or architectural sales, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to travel regionally up to 50% or more.

Qualifications

• B2B outside sales experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and project lifecycle.
• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting tools.
• Travel regionally up to 50% or more to meet clients and expand market presence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outside sales activities to meet regional targets, including prospecting and closing deals with new customers.
• Identify and engage specialty contractors and demonstrate product superiority through demonstrations.
• Expand wallet share across multiple product categories with key accounts and distributors.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and designers via meetings and site visits.
• Develop customized proposals, negotiate pricing and terms, and ensure order fulfillment.
