Job summary

Balco, Inc. is hiring for an outside sales role focused on architectural product lines. You will prospect, close deals, and expand the wallet share with contractors, distributors, and the design community.

Travel regionally up to 50%+ to meet clients, conduct demonstrations, and build strong relationships. A B2B sales background in construction helps, as does CRM proficiency and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• B2B outside sales experience in construction or architectural products preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred; high school diploma required.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas through relationship-building and consultative selling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outside sales to reach regional targets and close deals with new customers.
• Engage specialty contractors and demonstrate product superiority to win switches.
• Expand wallet share across product categories and solutions.
• Build relationships with accounts, distributors, and design community via meetings and site visits.
• Perform product demonstrations and provide technical education on offerings.
• Travel regionally up to 50%+ to meet clients and attend events.
• Collaborate to develop proposals, negotiate terms, and ensure order fulfillment.
• Track sales performance and market trends using CRM; report regularly.
