Job summary

Hästens is seeking an Outside Sales Executive to expand its presence across the United States. You will identify new business opportunities, build strong retail partnerships, and drive sales growth while traveling 80% of the time to meet prospective partners and grow Hästens' retail network.

This hunter role requires resilience, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to close deals with C-suite executives.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, outside sales, or a similar sales role.
• Proven track record of ranking within the top 10% of your previous sales force over a 12-month period.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout your territory (approximately four days per week).
• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
• A valid U.S. Driver's License (Class D/C).

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close high-value accounts independently.
• Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing.
• Master your territory by spending time in the field and meeting prospects face-to-face.
• Take full ownership of your pipeline and consistently drive new business growth.
