Job summary

Hästens seeks an Outside Sales Executive to expand its US presence by identifying new business opportunities, building retail partnerships, and driving sales growth. You will own the full sales cycle, prospect and close high-value accounts, and travel extensively to grow the territory.

This role rewards top performers with uncapped commissions and autonomy to manage your own pipeline in a remote US-based setting, representing one of the world’s most prestigious luxury brands.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, outside sales, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of ranking within the top 10% of your previous sales force over a 12-month period.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout your territory (approximately four days per week).
• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
• A valid U.S. Driver's License (Class D/C).

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close high-value accounts independently.
• Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing.
• Master your territory by spending time in the field and meeting prospects face-to-face.
• Take full ownership of your pipeline and consistently drive new business growth.
