Job summary

Hästens is seeking an Outside Sales Executive to expand presence across the US by identifying new business opportunities, building retail partnerships, and driving sales growth.

This hunter role requires traveling four days per week, owning the full sales cycle, and delivering results in a high-performance environment for a prestigious luxury brand.

You will work remote in the United States with uncapped commissions and autonomy to manage your territory.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, outside sales, or a similar sales role.
• Proven track record of ranking within the top 10% of your previous sales force over a 12-month period.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout your territory (approximately four days per week).
• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
• A valid U.S. Driver's License (Class D/C).

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close high-value accounts independently.
• Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing.
• Master your territory by spending time in the field and meeting prospects face-to-face.
• Take full ownership of your pipeline and consistently drive new business growth.
