Job summary

S&S Activewear in the Prime Line Division is hiring an Outside Sales professional to drive Hard Goods growth across NC, SC, GA, FL, TN, and AL. You’ll build relationships with sales teams, customer service, merchandising reps, and key accounts to expand market share while managing a 30‑day NetSuite calendar and 10–12 meetings per week.

This role combines account planning, sales enablement, and cross‑functional collaboration with marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven outside sales or account management experience.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% across multiple states.
• CRM and sales tools proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with sales teams, customer service, merchandising reps, and key account stakeholders.
• Plan annual customer contact goals and maintain a 30-day NetSuite calendar.
• Collaborate with marketing to drive Hard Goods sales (website training, flyers, promotions, incentives, events).
• Conduct 10–12 customer meetings per week, in person or virtual.
• Maintain Primeline’s showroom presence and CRM reporting; manage trade shows and events.
• Coordinate with inside/outside sales partners to meet company sales goals.
