Job summary

S&S Activewear is seeking an Outside Sales professional for the Prime Line Division to drive Hard Goods growth across NC, SC, GA, FL, TN, and AL. You will build relationships with sales teams, customer service, merchandising reps, and key accounts, while managing a 30-day calendar in NetSuite and delivering 10–12 meetings weekly.

The role requires travel 50–75%, presenting product launches, collaborating with marketing and decoration teams to close opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; outside sales or account management background valued.
• Strong relationship-building skills with cross-functional partners.
• Ability to manage a 30-day calendar and CRM updates; proven sales planning.
• Experience presenting product solutions and driving sales plans.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% across SE states.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with sales, customer service, merchandising reps, and key stakeholders.
• Plan annual contact goals and maintain a 30-day calendar in NetSuite.
• Collaborate with marketing to create programs and materials to drive sales.
• Conduct one-on-one meetings with sales reps to uncover opportunities.
• Attend trade shows and manage showroom presence as needed.
• Maintain reporting, CRM updates, and proposal tracking.
