Job summary

Global Payments is seeking an Outside Sales Executive to drive Genius® and other payment solutions to small and mid-sized businesses across restaurant, retail, and service industries. You will co-sell with branches, run live demos, close high-value accounts, and manage a growing pipeline through field prospecting and digital outreach.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation skills and the ability to work in person and virtually.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in B2B Outside Sales or B2C Outside Sales.
• Proven track record in selling to small and mid-sized businesses.
• Experience in SaaS, fintech, or merchant services is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; able to build relationships in person and virtually.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales for Genius® and other Global Payments solutions to SMBs across industries.
• Co-sell with bank branches, run live demos, and close high-value merchant accounts.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline through field prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking.
• Deliver consultative, value-based presentations to show how Genius® improves payments and loyalty.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in Atlas and Salesforce.
