Job summary

Global Payments is seeking an Outside Sales Executive to drive Genius and other payment solutions to small and mid-sized businesses across restaurant, retail, and service industries.

You will co-sell with branches, run live demos, and close high-value merchant accounts while maintaining a proactive pipeline through field prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking. Expect 75% field time, strong relationship-building with bankers and business owners, and a results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or merchant services (minimum of one year outside sales).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable building relationships and selling face-to-face and virtually.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales for Genius and other Global Payments solutions to SMBs across restaurant, retail, and service industries.
• Co-sell alongside branches, run live demos, and close high-value merchant accounts.
• Own and manage a consistent pipeline through field prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking.
• Deliver consultative, value-based presentations both in-person and virtually to demonstrate benefits.
• Collaborate with the District Manager to identify opportunities, set appointments, and close sales within a short cycle.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in Atlas and Salesforce.
