Job summary

Global Payments is seeking an Outside Sales Executive to bring Genius and modern POS solutions to SMBs across restaurant, retail, and service sectors. You will drive revenue, co-sell with branches, and close high-value accounts through live demos and consultative selling.

You’ll manage a robust field pipeline, deliver in-person and virtual presentations, and keep accurate activity in Atlas and Salesforce as you grow your business in the California region.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of B2B or B2C outside sales experience.
• Able to work 75% of time in the field with a valid driver's license.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales for Genius and other Global Payments solutions to SMBs across hospitality, retail, and service industries.
• Co-sell alongside branches, run live demos, and close high-value merchant accounts.
• Own and manage a consistent pipeline through field prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking.
• Deliver consultative, value-based presentations in-person and virtually to show how Genius helps payments and loyalty.
• Maintain pipeline and activity tracking in Atlas and Salesforce with notes and follow-ups.
