Job summary

Global Payments seeks an Outside Sales Executive to grow our Genius and other payment solutions with small and mid-sized business clients. You will partner with branches, conduct live demos, and close high-value merchant accounts while building a robust local pipeline.

You will travel 75% of the time, maintain relationships with business owners, and leverage in-person and virtual presentations to demonstrate value and ROI. This role requires energy, drive, and a proven track record in B2B sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of B2B or B2C Outside Sales experience is required.
• Proven success in building merchant relationships and closing deals.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales for Genius and Global Payments solutions to SMBs across industries.
• Co-sell with branches, run live demos, and close high-value merchant accounts.
• Manage a consistent pipeline through field prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking.
• Deliver consultative, value-based presentations in-person and virtually to demonstrate benefits.
• Collaborate with District Manager to identify opportunities, set appointments, and close sales with short cycles.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in Atlas and Salesforce (call notes, follow-ups, client communications).
