Signature Performance, Inc. is seeking an Outpatient Coding Auditor capable of ensuring coding accuracy and driving documentation improvements across a nationwide remote team. You will review audits, deliver clear findings, and educate coders and managers on best practices.

The role demands strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to coach others, with a focus on compliance and reimbursement systems across CPT/ICD-10-CM/PCS and related guidelines.

Formación

• Completion of a formal coding program with preference given to AHIMA and AAPC credentials.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in professional medical coding/reimbursement.
• National auditing credential preferred (CPMA) or able to attain within 12 months.
