Builder Prime is seeking an Outbound SDR to join a fully remote US team. You will engage construction professionals, qualify opportunities, and book demos with our Account Executives.

This role emphasizes relationship building, problem solving, and contributing to our growth while working from a home office. Ideal candidates have 1+ year of sales experience, comfort with CRM tools (HubSpot), and the ability to manage a growing pipeline.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of sales experience with hands-on prospecting.
• Ability to qualify opportunities and schedule demos.
• Comfort using CRM software to manage pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify outbound opportunities via calls, email, and social channels.
• Schedule qualified demos with Account Executives.
• Own and manage a healthy sales pipeline across stages.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and track activity against targets.
• Communicate product value and build relationships with prospects.
