Builder Prime is seeking an Outbound SDR to connect with construction professionals nationwide. The role combines strategic outbound outreach with relationship-building to drive qualified demos and pipeline growth.

You’ll work remotely, participate in daily team meetings, and leverage AI tools to refine outreach and prospecting. The position offers a $60,000 base salary plus $20,000 commission, with comprehensive benefits and a fast-paced, collaborative environment that rewards performance and

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience with prospecting or cold outreach.
Track record of meeting or exceeding activity and pipeline targets.
Clear, persuasive communicator able to handle objections.
Organized with consistent pipeline follow-up and CRM hygiene.
Comfortable using AI tools daily (Claude/ChatGPT).
Reliable internet and quiet home workspace.
Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM preferred.
Background in SaaS or construction industry is advantageous.
Recognized performance awards in SDR/AE roles can help.
Experience in high-effort, relationship-driven fields can aid transition to tech.

Responsibilities

Hunt for opportunities through calls, emails, and social channels to connect with prospects.
Tell Builder Prime's value proposition to construction professionals.
Qualify needs and schedule qualified demos with Account Executives.
Build and maintain a healthy prospect pipeline with the sales team.
Become a product expert and participate in training programs.
Track activities and performance and report to the Senior Manager of Sales Development.
