SOCRadar in Canada seeks a motivated Sales Development Representative (Outbound) to identify and qualify new opportunities, drive early sales stages, and build a strong Canadian prospecting pipeline with the sales team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven track record of success in a sales development, business development, or lead generation role, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.
• Fluent in English.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and industry trends.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to persuade and generate interest in complex solutions using consultative selling.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive for targets and results.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Willingness to adapt to evolving market conditions in a startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and lead generation: identify and research potential clients in the Canadian market.
• Lead qualification: assess fit and alignment with SOCRadar’s target market.
• Consultative engagement: communicate features, benefits, and value of SOCRadar’s solutions.
• Relationship building: engage C-levels, IT managers, and security professionals.
• Pipeline management: keep records up to date and manage early sales stages.
• Collaboration: work with sales to transition leads and support campaigns.
• Market intelligence: stay informed on cybersecurity trends and competitive landscape.
• Performance metrics: meet and exceed targets for leads and opportunities.
• Continuous learning: develop product knowledge and sales techniques.
