Intellipet is hiring experienced phone sales professionals to work warm outbound leads in a fast-paced remote call center. You’ll connect with prospective customers seeking service-animal and emotional-support-animal related products and services, understand their needs, explain available services and products, overcome objections, and close sales while working toward individual performance goals.

This full-time remote role offers a base of $15 per hour plus uncapped commission, averaging strong

Qualifications

• 1+ years of outbound phone sales or call center experience.
• History of meeting sales quotas or performance targets.
• Comfort making a high volume of outbound calls and handling rejection.
• Strong discovery, rapport-building, objection-handling, and closing skills.
• Empathy for customers in personal circumstances.
• Ability to adapt approach based on customer needs and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm leads; no cold calling.
• Identify customer needs through effective questioning.
• Recommend and sell relevant services and products.
• Handle objections and move conversations toward a close.
• Upsell additional products when appropriate.
• Meet or exceed sales and activity goals.
• Maintain accurate records across multiple systems.
