Qualifications

• 2+ years of phone sales, inside sales, or call center sales experience.
• Demonstrated success closing higher-value products or services through a consultative sales process.
• Experience working toward individual sales goals, quotas, or KPIs.
• Strong discovery, objection-handling, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Comfort working in a high-volume phone environment and navigating multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound conversations with prospective customers.
• Discover each customer’s goals, needs, and barriers.
• Recommend the appropriate dog training program.
• Handle objections and confidently ask for the sale.
