Job summary

Intellipet is seeking a remote, full-time sales leader to guide a distributed outbound call center team selling service-animal and emotional-support-animal products. This role emphasizes coaching, performance management, and achieving revenue and KPI targets.

Shifts run Monday through Sunday, 7 AM–11 PM CST, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will develop agents, monitor performance, conduct coaching sessions, and drive process improvements to maximize results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years outbound call center sales leadership experience.
• Proven coaching to improve sales performance and KPI metrics.
• Experience managing KPIs, quotas, conversions, and quality metrics.
• Ability to address performance gaps and maintain accountability.
• Strong sales judgment and frontline seller credibility.
• Open availability across Mon–Sun 7 AM–11 PM CST.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a remote outbound sales team.
• Monitor performance and identify coaching priorities.
• Conduct call reviews, roleplays, and targeted feedback.
• Set clear expectations and manage performance gaps.
• Support escalations and reinforce sales standards.
