Intellipet is hiring experienced phone sales professionals to work warm outbound leads in a fast-paced remote call center. You will connect with prospective customers seeking service-animal and emotional-support-animal related products and services, understand their needs, explain available services and products, overcome objections, and close sales while working toward individual performance goals.

• 1+ years of outbound phone sales or call center sales experience.
• Demonstrated history of meeting sales quotas, activity goals, or performance targets.
• Comfort making a high volume of outbound calls and hearing "no" without losing momentum.
• Strong discovery, rapport-building, objection-handling, and closing skills.
• Empathy in every call, understanding challenging personal circumstances.
• Ability to adapt approach based on customer needs and feedback.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace.
