Job summary

SelectQuote is seeking an experienced, driven SDA to join the Qualifications Team. This is an outbound, unlicensed sales role focused on generating interest, qualifying prospects, and transferring to licensed agents. You will work with scripts, handle objections, and pursue aggressive performance goals.

The role offers paid training, a base salary plus bonus, and a potential path into licensed sales after proven performance. This is a full-time, work-from-home opportunity with a national scope.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of telesales, inside sales, or comparable sales experience.
• Experience in high-volume, metrics-driven sales environments preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting quotas and KPIs.
• Strong objection-handling and closing skills.
• Able to follow scripts and established sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls, up to 800 per day.
• Generate interest and engage prospects.
• Qualify prospects for transfer to licensed agents.
• Handle objections and move to next steps.
• Meet monthly transfer and performance goals.
• Work with multiple monitors and phone systems.
• Maintain attendance and productivity.
