Job summary

SelectQuote is seeking experienced, driven sales professionals to join our Qualifications Team as a Sales Development Advisor (SDA). The SDA is an unlicensed, outbound sales position responsible for contacting prospective customers, generating interest, and transferring qualified prospects to a licensed insurance agent.

This is a high-volume, metrics-driven role with paid training, a base salary plus bonus, and a potential career path into a licensed sales agent position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1 year of telesales or inside sales experience.
• Ability to meet quotas and KPIs in a high-volume sales environment.
• Willingness to follow scripts and take coaching.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers, up to 800 calls per day.
• Qualify prospects and transfer to a licensed insurance agent.
• Follow scripts and achieve monthly performance goals.
• Handle objections and close sales.
• Maintain attendance and productivity.
