Job summary

SelectQuote is seeking experienced, driven sales professionals to join our Qualifications Team as Sales Development Advisors (SDA). This unlicensed, outbound role focuses on contacting prospects, generating interest, and transferring qualified leads to licensed agents.

It’s a high-volume, metrics-driven career path with paid training and a base salary plus bonus. Successful candidates will handle hundreds of outbound calls daily, work from established scripts, and demonstrate resilience,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of telesales or inside sales experience.
• Demonstrated success in a high-volume, metrics-driven sales environment.
• Ability to follow scripts and established sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers (up to 800 per day).
• Generate interest and engage prospective customers.
• Qualify prospects for transfer to a licensed insurance agent.
• Handle objections and move prospects toward the next step.
• Follow scripts and established sales processes.
• Meet monthly performance goals and accept coaching to improve results.
