Job summary

Blockworks is hiring two BDRs to join our outbound team. You will identify the right contacts at fintechs, exchanges, banks, and crypto builders, and book qualified meetings for our sellers across email, phone, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.

This remote-first role offers a base salary of $60,000–$70,000 with uncapped OTE of $90,000–$110,000, with NYC office as an option. You’ll help build scalable outbound processes and grow with our early-stage team.

Qualifications

• High-volume outbound experience and quota attainment.
• Strong email and cold-call skills with objection handling.
• Interest in crypto and the ability to follow the space independently.

Responsibilities

• Run multi-channel outbound: email, phone, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram.
• Make cold calls and lead the first qualification conversation.
• Book qualified meetings for our sellers with solid context.
• Help build scalable outbound processes as one of the first two hires.
