Job summary

FINTRX is seeking a motivated BDR to join our sales team in the United States. You will collaborate with Sales and Marketing to identify opportunities, understand prospect needs, and schedule meetings with decision makers.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in financial markets or services, especially private capital markets.
• Self-motivated with a sense of urgency and drive to succeed.
• Willingness to start a career in a BDR role and learn from senior teammates.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Marketing to identify new opportunities.
• Work with account executives to understand prospect needs and gain product knowledge.
• Contact prospects via calls, emails, and social media to schedule meetings.
• Generate meetings with key decision makers through outbound outreach.
• Handle high-volume prospecting (75–100 activities per day) to qualify leads.
• Log all sales activity in the CRM accurately and consistently.
