SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a fully remote Operations Technology Solutions (OTS) Project Manager to drive awarded EPC projects through the pre-con phase. You will manage scope, schedule, and budget and set up projects in CMiC, serving as the main POC for EPC Pre-Con interactions.

Collaborate with design and procurement teams, contribute to financial reporting, and support continuous process improvements. You have 4+ years of PM experience and PV solar exposure; this is a nationwide remote role

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years project management experience; able to manage multiple projects within multidisciplinary teams.
• Minimum of 2 years PV solar industry experience (industrial or utility scale) desired.
• General knowledge of SCADA and/or OT system design, setup, commissioning and support (desired).
• Experience with renewable generation monitoring functions and designs.

Responsabilités

• Manage EPC pre-con projects: scope, schedule, and budget.
• Maintain OTS Pre-Construction Tracker.
• Act as main POC to EPC Pre-Con for new projects.
• Attend BD to Pre-Con handoff calls.
• Confirm initial budgets and communicate with stakeholders.
• Identify and manage cost changes during pre-construction.
• Create job start forms and set up in CMiC.
• Collaborate with design to kickoff design within project schedules.
• Draft project BOM with procurement.
• Manage vendor subcontracts per project schedule.
• Process SOLV-to-SOLV agreements with EPC Pre-Con.
• Track and review SOW exhibits.
• Allocate resources across OTS PMs.
• Update project schedules.
• Participate in pre-con finance/month-end reporting.
• Set up handoffs from Pre-Con to PMs.
• Import budgets into CMiC.
• Drive continuous process improvements.
