Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an experienced Project Manager for the Operational Technology Solutions (OTS) group. This fully remote role leads pre-construction activities for EPC projects, coordinating scope, schedule and budgets up to handoff, and setting up projects in CMiC.

You will collaborate with design, procurement and EPC teams to ensure clean handoffs and accurate BOMs. Ideal candidates have 4+ years of PM experience in PV solar, strong communication skills, and proven ability to manage

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience, with multiple projects.
• 2+ years PV solar industry experience preferred.
• General knowledge of SCADA/OT system design, setup, commissioning.
• Experience with renewable generation monitoring.
• Strong verbal and written communication; stakeholder management.
• Proficient in schedule software (P6/MS Project) and MS Office.
• Ability to manage budgets and cost changes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee OTS EPC projects during pre-construction.
• Maintain OTS Pre-Construction Tracker.
• Act as main POC to EPC Pre-Con on all incoming projects.
• Attend BD to Pre-Con handoff calls.
• Confirm initial project budgets and communicate with stakeholders.
• Identify and manage cost changes.
• Generate job start forms/setting up CMiC.
• Collaborate with design and procurement on BOM.
• Manage vendor subcontracts respecting project schedules.
• Set up and host project handoffs from Pre-Con to PMs.
• Track and review SOW exhibits.
• Allocate resources with OTS Project Development managers.
• Review and update project schedules.
• Participate in financial/month end reporting for projects.
